Yes. Exterior wash customers have access to free vacuums, air nozzles, spray bottles, and towels.
- Is the Car Wash Safe for Electric Vehicles?

Yes. Speedy Car Wash is safe for electric vehicles when the vehicle is placed in the proper car wash mode, neutral setting, or manufacturer-recommended wash setting before entering the tunnel. Many EVs are designed to go through automatic car washes, but each model can be slightly different.
Before your wash, please follow your owner’s manual or on-screen instructions for car wash mode. - Is the wash safe for my convertible top?

Yes, Speedy Car Wash is safe for most modern convertible tops when the top is in good condition, fully closed, and properly latched before entering the wash. Convertible tops are designed to handle rain and normal road conditions, but older, worn, torn, or poorly sealed tops may allow water in during any car wash. Before washing, please make sure all windows are fully closed, the top is secure, and any known leaks or damaged seals are addressed.
- Can I give a one month membership as a gift?

The membership is a monthly, recurring credit card charge and is not intended to be a gift. We do have gift card options for any occasion.
- Do I need my unlimited tag number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?

Yes, this number can be found on the RFID tag affixed to your windshield. If you do not have your unlimited tag number please contact us.
- Will I receive a refund after cancelling?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
- How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?

Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.
- Will I receive a confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?

Yes, you will receive an electronic (email/text) confirmation after you submit your request. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact us immediately.
- Do you do oil changes?

No. Speedy Car Wash no longer offers oil change services. Our current services include exterior car washes, done-for-you interior cleaning, free vacuums, monthly memberships, waxing, polishing, and ceramic protection.
